Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Device must be in reasonable condition (normal use is fine)
- Original packaging preferred but not required
How to Return
- Email us at support@tractiv.com with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label (US orders)
- Drop off the package at any carrier location
- Your full refund will be processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return

- Free return shipping within the United States
- International returns: customer is responsible for return shipping cost
Damaged or Defective Items
If your device arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
